This system provides our employees with the platform necessary to ensure all of our clients needs are continuously being met.

3X3 (Three by Three) System
Step one: We contact our clients 3 days after the order is complete to ensure products were received.
Step two: 3 weeks after initial order has been completed, we contact our clients to see if any additional products and services need to be reordered, or placed.
Step Three: 3 months after initial order we send a follow-up letter to our clients with information regarding other services and product we offer that may fit their needs.
